Defective Products
If an item arrives damaged or defective, I am committed to repairing the issue.
If the item cannot be repaired, a full replacement will be provided.
To submit a defect claim, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photo or video proof.
Without visual proof, no claim can be processed.
Important Conditions
Once an order is placed, it cannot be refunded or canceled.
Order modifications are possible only if production has not yet begun.
If the cup is already completed, no changes can be made.
Minor variations in color, texture, glitter movement, placement, or appearance — due to the handmade nature of each product — are not considered defects.
Damage occurring after delivery (drops, heat exposure, misuse, improper cleaning, etc.) is not covered.

Because each item is handmade and customized, all sales are final.
No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be accepted once the order has been placed.
However, if your product arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly repair it or replace it.
To request a replacement:

- Provide clear photos or videos of the issue
- Include your order number
If the item cannot be repaired, a full replacement will be shipped.
Please note:
No refunds are issued for shipping delays caused by carriers (Canada Post, USPS, UPS, etc.).
Products damaged after delivery cannot be refunded or replaced.

Regular tumblers: 1–5 business days
Snowglobe tumblers: 1–7 business days
Custom or high-volume orders may require additional time during busy seasons.
A confirmation email is sent when your order is placed and again when it ships.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
